Your visitors don't want to "submit".

There’s more to a button than “Submit”.

It’s easy to design your landing page around a form and then throw in a “submit” button. A dull, grey, neutral call to action that screams … nothing.

Instead of having your button say “submit” try something actionable and positive like “Start your free trial” or “Get started.” Kristina tweeted out this tip during our Landing Page Makeovers webinar this week, and one of our rockstar followers, @PatrickSmithRVA tweeted back: “Definitely agree - I tested it & increased conversion rate by 36%.”

That is certainty something to be proud of!

So, take a look at your call to action and your form button. Are they positive? Actionable? Something someone would actually want to do?
