Cut the complexity

I just read a fantastic article by Gary Stein on cutting the complexity in interactive marketing. It was written back in March, which tells you how far behind on my reading I am. But this article is worth a run through for a couple of reasons. First, if you are focused on post-click marketing, there’s a quote that’s worth taping to your wall and making your mantra:

Every click is a wish.”

This is a gem, and I might go ahead and have it tattooed on my forehead.

Second, it echoes our belief that great landing pages should be simple, distraction-free and designed to keep the user on task. Here’s some more thoughts on simplicity for landing pages:

Thanks for refrencing Gary Stein's article. Good read .I'm with you on keeping it simple so the customer doesn't get distracted from the reason their there in the first place.Eye tracking studies have proven we have very short attention spans.
