Trust is a must

Well, they’re going to have to trust you.
Trust and credibility are a must in post-click marketing.
1. Make sure your forms have a privacy statement. Mention that you will not share your respondents’ personal information. Your privacy statement could say something like, “We value your privacy and will not share or distribute your personal information with any outside organization.”
2. Pay off the promise of your ad. Make sure that the offer and message of your search or banner ad is mentioned clearly on your landing page. See landing page tip #6 for more advice on message match.
3. Build credibility. Clearly display your company logo on your landing page. If you’re using LiveBall, your logo and any sub-brands are already included in your branded themes. Also, use high-quality creative and design. If you’re a small-to-medium sized business, high quality creative and design will make your respondents ask “Why haven’t I heard of Joe’s Widget Shop before?” And if your company isn’t a recognizable brand name, but your landing page looks like it could be from a Fortune 500 company, you will build instant credibility with your respondents.
Just put yourself in the shoes of your respondents. Click on your ads. Ask yourself, “Would I give this company my personal information after only a few clicks?”
