We love this question, because it totally depends on you. We’ve had customers launch in less than aweek, and others launch in 4-8 weeks. 4 weeks is about average. Our job is to take you through your onboarding as fast, or as slow, as you want to go.

When you sign up for your LiveBall subscription, we’ll kick off your SmartLaunch onboarding process. Here’s what happens:

1. We set up your dedicated LiveBall console and provide with your unique IP address.
2. We schedule your personal, one-on-one training sessions. Usually, customers go through a series of 3-6 training sessions to learn all the ins-and-outs of the LiveBall platform. We organize them by topics—starting with a quick orientation, then publishing, forms, exports, customization and ‘go live’. No group, generic trainings here. All of your training sessions are conducted by your dedicated account team and are done just for you. The sessions are interactive and live, using GoToWebinar for real-time interaction.
3. We create your custom, branded ‘theme’—the look and feel of your pages based on your company’s brand standards. Or, we teach you how to create your own if you prefer.
4. We publish your first landing experiences for you, using your supplied content. This helps you get the ball rolling faster. 
5. We set up any integrations you may need (marketing automation, email, Salesforce.com, analytics, etc), and show you how to set them up as well (it’s super easy!). 
6. We create your first forms and/or data exports, as we train you (again, it’s super easy and we’ll walk you through each step along the way).
7. Go, go, go. As soon as you wish you can jump in to your LiveBall console to get to work. Create, launch, and test your customized landing experiences. And you’re never alone—we’ll give you as much help as you need. 

Again, this process can go as quickly as you wish. Each company’s pace is different, and we’re as flexible as you need us to be. LiveBall is a powerful, enterprise platform with lots of features and customization options. During your onboarding, we can skim and cover just the basics with you, or we can dive into the advanced, customized options that will help you take your landing pages to the next level.
